Privacy policy

How we use information from people who visit this website or contact Fluxo.

1. About this policy

This policy covers the Fluxo corporate website and contact form, in Portuguese and English. It does not describe future product features. For questions about data processing on this website, use our contact form and select “Privacy and personal data”.

2. Information we receive

When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, subject and message, as well as any information you choose to include, such as professional profile links. We do not request identity documents, banking details or sensitive personal data. Please avoid including this information or other people’s personal data in your message.

Our hosting and technical tools may process IP addresses, browser information, pages accessed, timestamps and error or performance records. The form also temporarily uses IP addresses to limit submission attempts and reduce abuse.

3. How we use information

We use information to receive and respond to messages, discuss team opportunities, partnerships or other matters you initiate, and keep the website secure and operational. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Depending on the situation, processing relies on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, legitimate interests in responding to contacts and protecting the website, compliance with legal obligations or the regular exercise of rights. These uses must respect data necessity and the rights of the individual.

4. Delivery and service providers

Your message is forwarded to the email inbox Fluxo uses to handle inquiries. Submitted information is not published on the website. This form does not store contacts in a public directory or a separate leads database operated by us.

We use Vercel to host and process the website, GoDaddy to send and receive email, and Sentry to monitor technical errors and performance. These services process data according to their roles. We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

These services may process or store information outside Brazil. Their use and international data transfers are subject to the applicable rules and safeguards of Brazil’s LGPD; you may request information about this processing through our privacy contact channel.

5. Cookies and monitoring

The corporate pages do not use advertising cookies or session recordings. The infrastructure may use technical features necessary to deliver, secure and diagnose the website. Technical monitoring is not used to create advertising profiles.

6. How long we keep information

Messages remain in our contact inbox for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the related conversation or opportunity. The duration depends on the purpose and whether that relationship continues; we do not apply a blanket five-year retention period to every inquiry.

You may request deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained to comply with a legal obligation or exercise legal rights. If this applies, we will explain the relevant reason. Technical records are also subject to the retention periods of the services used.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect submissions and restrict access to messages. Sending credentials are kept on the server, outside the code delivered to visitors. No system can guarantee absolute protection against incidents; if a relevant incident occurs, we will take the measures and provide the notifications required by applicable law.

8. Your rights and how to contact us

Under Brazil’s LGPD, where applicable, you may request confirmation and access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and objection to processing that does not comply with the law. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it and receive information about the option not to consent and its consequences.

Submit your request through the contact form and choose “Privacy and personal data”. Provide the email address used in your earlier contact and describe your request. We may ask for proportionate identity verification before fulfilling it, without requiring unnecessary documents. Requests are handled free of charge within applicable legal deadlines. You may also petition Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

9. Updates

We may update this policy when the website’s data processing changes. The update date appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
